For more than a decade, Mrs. Vũ Thị Lương has been a pioneering force in Vietnam’s luxury cruise sector. As Chairwoman of Athena Group, she has transformed the organization into a benchmark of hospitality excellence, cultural identity, and sustainable innovation in Ha Long Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Driven by a long-term vision to elevate Vietnamese tourism onto the global stage, she founded and developed a distinguished fleet — including Athena Luxury, Athena Royal, Signature Halong, Signature Royal, and most recently Athena Premium — positioning Athena Group at the forefront of responsible luxury travel.
