1. Pricing & Currency

All service prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) or Vietnamese Dong (VND) and reflect the actual applicable rates at the time of booking. Prices for cruise and hotel packages are calculated per person, except for special promotions and day tours.


2. Deposit & Cancellation

2.1. Deposit Policy

Deposits may be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or OnePay Transfer. A standard deposit of 30% of the total invoice amount is required at the time of booking.

2.2. Cancellation Policy – Cruise Bookings

a. Bookings of 1–2 cabins

  • More than 7 days prior to departure: No charge
  • 7–3 days prior to departure: 50% of total cost
  • Less than 72 hours before check-in: 100% of total cost
  • No-show: 100% of total cost

b. Bookings of 3–5 cabins

  • More than 15 days prior to departure: No charge
  • 14–8 days prior to departure: 30% of total cost
  • 7–3 days prior to departure: 75% of total cost
  • Less than 72 hours before check-in: 100% of total cost
  • No-show: 100% of total cost

c. Bookings of 6 cabins or more

  • More than 60 days prior to departure: No charge
  • 60–31 days prior to departure: 50% of total cost
  • 30–15 days prior to check-in: 75% of total cost
  • Less than 15 days prior to check-in: 100% of total cost
  • No-show: 100% of total cost

For cancellations due to adverse weather conditions, a separate policy shall apply.


3. Payment Terms

All payments must be completed at least 30 days prior to the service date.

  • GIT bookings: Full payment required 60 days prior to departure.
  • FIT bookings: Full payment required 07 days prior to departure.

If a booking is made within the above timeframes, full payment is required at the time of booking. Failure to receive payment by the due date may result in cancellation and applicable cancellation charges.


4. No Refund for Unused Services

No refunds or exchanges shall be made for any unused services included in the package price, including accommodation, meals, excursions, transportation, or other related services.


5. Liability & Insurance

Athena Group shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay caused by natural disasters, political situations, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond its control. Travel insurance is strongly recommended and should cover personal accidents, medical expenses, emergency repatriation, and personal liability.


6. Booking Confirmation

All bookings will be confirmed via email or fax within two (02) working days. If immediate confirmation is not possible, Athena Group will advise the booking status at the time of reservation.


7. Passenger Information

Guests are required to provide complete passenger details at least 24 hours prior to check-in, including full name, date of birth, gender, nationality, passport number, Vietnam visa expiry date, and contact phone number. This information is used solely for registration with local authorities.


8. Media & Image Usage

Athena Group reserves the right to photograph, film, or record guests during transportation, check-in, and throughout the journey for marketing and promotional purposes. Guests who do not wish their images to be used may notify the Cruise Manager or contact info@athenapremiumcruise.com.
